    For weight loss, both exercise and nutrition are equally important. I will help you keep a food diary and teach you how to make appropriate food substitutions, as well as track your improving fitness level.

    Whether you’re attempting to finish your first 5K or break 4 hours in the marathon, I will design distance, speed, hill and drill workouts to develop and meet your specific running and racing goals.

    We will log all your runs, to monitor progress while on your way to your ultimate goal, and ensure the program is working for you.

    We all need MOTIVATION sometimes (or all the time)! I will run with you at every coaching session, if desired, and motivate you every step and every mile.

    Seniors face special challenges while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle; I assess where you are now, and where you want to be.
  • Designing Your Program
    Based on your specific needs, abilities and goals, I willl design a safe and fun exercise plan, and guide and motivate you every step of the way. We will especially focus on balance, abdominal and core strength, and weight bearing exercises to improve bone density. Many of my clients- including those with hypertension, arthritis, osteoporosis, and those who have suffered a stroke- have achieved significant benefits by working with me.
  • Monitoring—Most Important!
    We will continue to review and evaluate your fitness as you progress, get stronger, and improve your posture and balance.
  • Motivation – I'm here for you!
    Getting started is the hardest part! I will help you get started and motivate you to continue to exercise and get stronger.

  • Gather your friends and workout buddies and maximize your motivation and cost!
  • We start with a group needs assessment. Based on that, I will develop a rigorous boot camp style class.
  • Specially designed for groups of 5 or more.

  • Beach and sand dune boot camps are especially fun and popular!
